Dr Lisa Stinson is a microbial ecologist at The University of Western Australia. Her research interests include the infant and human milk microbiota and the developmental origins of health and disease. Recently, she was selected as one of the ABC’s Top 5 Scientists. Dr Stinson is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the UWA Human Lactation Research Group, where she aims to understand intergenerational transmission of health and disease via the milk microbiome.
